We will Look Into The Massacre Situation And The Orders

Truly, across regions in Nigeria, massacres have taken place quietly, brutally and too often. Communities move from one place to another not by will to, but because terror forces them into motion. Imagine families having to survive without peace. This kind of reality as faint as it may be known is heartbreaking.

It is a conversation worth having, not out of fear, but out of responsibility. A region cannot grow where people live in uncertainty. Security is not just a government function, it is the foundation that allows people to breathe, work, build, and dream.

There is no growth in naivety. Humans are capable of great intelligence and quick response, but only when we choose not to remain naive.

The Suffering Of Many

When the suffering of many becomes normal, something is deeply wrong.
Respect for religion or belief should not be a complicated issue. People deserve the freedom to worship, to live among others, and to coexist without fear.

Whether in a church, mosque, shrine, or open space. Every society naturally produces leaders, but leadership means responsibility, not confusion.

What is disturbing is the silence and delay before action. Waiting until pressure forces a response. Development should never require a button push. Leaders exist to safeguard the will of the people. And many times history has proven that things work when people plan and act with intention.

Buttons Pushed Like Kids With Less Knowledge

It is petty to wait for buttons to be pushed before actions can be taken.We have the information, the authority, and the ability to take decisive steps. Yet we hesitate.

After hearing a pastor pray in tongues, words familiar to a few. I walked past a mosque where the imam prayed in a language understood by some people. Different languages, different faiths, yet the same desire, safety, peace, understanding and life.

It is why i believe Africa, especially Nigeria, needs a re education process. Not to change belief, but to rebuild understanding. People ought to learn coexistence and dignity. Our media, our leaders, and our institutions have a responsibility to carry this message clearly.

Hierarchy exists in every system, military, political, corporate, even in families. Not because anyone is better than the other, but because there is a natural structure. Nature placed us side by side, and we adapt. Respect keeps that structure alive.

Today, natural order is being tainted by selfishness, ego, and unnecessary confrontations.

Recently there was a needless faceoff between a federal minister and a federal staff. Two officers of the same structure standing as rivals in each other’s company.

An Opened Door

A locked door meant to secure the people has been left open, and someone is issuing orders without authority.

This pattern weakens our service to humanity, and it makes insecurity worse. If leaders at the top cannot model unity, how then can we expect harmony at the grassroots?

In the end, Nigeria will survive only if we hold on to what nature intended. Which is coexistence, respect, and responsibility. Everyone has a wish, and everyone has a limit. Our leaders must recognize this before the imbalance becomes irreversible. Because massacres are not numbers they are lives. Truly they could be anyone’s life.

And when we say, “We will look into the massacre situation,” it should be an action.
